Condrey Corporation Announces Aurora

Provides Users Remote Access to an Organization's Local Network File System

GREENVILLE, SC--(Marketwire - Jun 21, 2012) - Condrey Corporation announced today the immediate availability of Aurora, an identity-based technology that provides network users secure direct remote access to their organization's local network file system.

Utilizing the identity and security settings of Microsoft Active Directory, Aurora provides user connectivity to a variety of network-based storage resources, including user home folders, group shares, and more. Through the intuitive Aurora interface, a user can then download individual files or entire folders. Users can also upload files, rename files and folders, delete files and folders, and more. When deployed in a network running Condrey Corporation's File System Factory for Active Directory, Aurora can remotely access managed home and collaborative folders.

The base access method for Aurora is a Web browser access module which is available today. Modules to be released soon include those for mobile devices, full desktop integration, and file sharing.

Chris O'Brien, Infrastructure Manager at Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois, has been eager to deploy Aurora at the university since seeing a product demonstration earlier this year. "We have had a fantastic experience with Condrey products and use many in our current environment. We look forward to Aurora giving us the ability to simply provide remote access to Windows-based files without the use of heavy client installations. There is an immediate demand for Aurora's functionality and we are excited about the potential of planned additional features."

While offered as an individual product, Aurora is also a component of Condrey Corporation's File Access 360° -- a comprehensive suite of identity-based technologies designed to enable, simplify, extend, and manage network file access in Microsoft Active Directory networks.
