Many of the latest enhancements were driven by customer requests. Customers were engaged and encouraged to provide feedback through online submission forms, emails, roundtables and the annual Corporate Summit and EMS Conference. Additional input is gathered each year through the company's Facilities and Services Benchmark Survey.
