Anthony DiPaolo will serve as Chief Financial Officer, leveraging more than 20 years of experience as a senior finance and accounting executive.

There he integrated multiple acquisitions, streamlined the finance team and established a control environment to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. DiPaolo also built a disciplined system for forecasting earnings and secured more than $120 million in financing in the midst of a challenging lending market. DiPaolo is a certified public accountant and has held senior executive positions in the IT services, telecommunications, hospitality and financial services sectors. He has worked in Denver, Munich and London.
