Unprecedented Top Ranking Received Three Years in a Row

Power and Associates 2012 Texas Residential Retail Electric Provider Customer Satisfaction StudySM released yesterday. This marks the third consecutive year for Champion Energy to receive the top ranking and also makes Champion Energy the only REP in Texas to receive the prestigious award three times during the study's five-year history.

The J.D. Power and Associates study measures customer satisfaction with REPs in Texas by examining four key factors: price, billing and payment, communications and customer service. Champion Energy's overall satisfaction score was 756 on a 1,000-point scale, earning the company the highest score amongst its competitors and the highest overall satisfaction score since the study commenced.
