AtNetPlus, Inc. Employee Achieves Disaster Recovery Certification and Promotion

Chris Horning Attains StorageCraft Certified Engineer Credentials

STOW, OH--(Marketwire - Aug 29, 2012) -  AtNetPlus, Inc., area leader in Cloud implementation for SMBs, announced that Chris Horning has been promoted to Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager. Chris joined AtNetPlus in 2010 as an IT Specialist and has proven himself to be an indispensable resource for managing the AtNetPlus data center including data backup and network management for the company and their clients.

Chris also is a Disaster Recovery expert for AtNetPlus. As part of his ongoing education, he recently passed rigorous testing to become a StorageCraft Certified Engineer. "The attainment of this credential declares the professional competence and technical qualification to design, implement, and manage disaster recovery solutions based on StorageCraft products and technologies," explains Mike Kunz, Vice President of Sales for StorageCraft Technology Corporation. "The recent certification of Chris Horning demonstrates the dedication of AtNetPlus and Chris to offering effective business continuity solutions to their clients."

"The rapid growth of disaster recovery options requires technical expertise beyond the typical network infrastructure that IT providers are used to seeing," noted Jim Laber, AtNetPlus Partner. "We feel strongly that our in-house resources need on-going training to provide our clients with the services which will best fit their environment and work flow. Disaster recovery is not a one size fits all solution but is essential to the stability of every company. Chris' certification is another step toward maintaining a team with varied expertise. We want our clients to know that they are receiving the option best suited to them," he said.

"We see too often that SMBs are offered the 'flavor of the day' instead of the optimal solution to take them into the future. We're proud of the team we have assembled. Several of our IT Specialists are taking the lead in a number of backup solutions which include Cloud based as well as local implementations," concluded Laber.
