WHAT:   La Soiree, the French American Gastronomy & Wine show of the Bay Area.  Organized by the French-American Chamber of Commerce of San Francisco, Calfornia.
La Soiree is a unique fundraising event dedicated to bringing together the talents of chefs, sommeliers, food & wine importers, distributors, and purveyors of fine French & California gastronomy and, of course, fine wine.   

La Soiree Program Includes:
        Wine & Food Tastings
        Culinary Demonstrations: Chocolate, sugar, candy, and bread
        Culinary Competitions:
•    Student Competition:  California Culinary Academy Students vs. Art Institute of California
•    Pro Competition:  One American Chef, Devon Boisen, Executive Chef from the Terrace Room in Oakland vs. One French Chef
       Sommelier Competition, featuring the Wine Business Institute of Sonoma State University School of Business & Economics
       Online Silent and Live Auction    
       Dance Party
