NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Launchpad Advertising, one of the fastest growing advertising agencies in the U.S., today announced that Executive Creative Director Noah Ross has been named a Partner at the agency.

Since joining Launchpad mid-2011, Ross has played a key role in a continued run of new client and organic client growth resulting in the agency's recent recognition on the 2012 Inc. 500 List. "Noah shares our vision for what makes great creative - purpose driven ideas that work to engage every interaction between brands and their consumers," said David Low, President at Launchpad. "His ability to inspire our entire Creative department toward this vision has raised what was already a high bar for the ideas we deliver to our clients."

"Most agencies talk about the strategic depth of their relationships with clients, but Launchpad truly goes where no agency has gone before," said Ross. "The unique role we play with most of our clients has enabled the agency to drive creative solutions across virtually every aspect of our client's business. It's a different agency model that I am very proud to be a part of."

Ross brings over 13 years of experience on both the agency and client side. He joined Launchpad from experiential marketing agency Fathom, where he served as Creative Director, following stints at TracyLocke and McCann-Erickson. In that time he has developed award-winning multidisciplinary campaigns for a range of clients, including LG, DL1961 Jeans, Xbox, Absolut, Rolling Rock, Pepsi, Southern Comfort and Knoll. Ross also served as art and concept director for the award-winning independent noir feature, Able Danger. His work has been featured in The New York Times, LA Times, New York Magazine, Huffington Post, Gawker, Communication Arts, and 7 international film festivals, including a world premiere at International Film Festival Rotterdam and a screening at Cannes.
