Crushpath Adds Call-and-Transcribe Feature to Its Sales Software, Powered by Twilio


SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - Sep 19, 2012) - Crushpath (www.crushpath.com), the new way for salespeople to control a deal from lead to close, announced today the integration of Twilio (www.twilio.com), the market leader in cloud communications, into Crushpath's real-time, play-by-play sales software, allowing one-click calling, activity creation, and text transcripts.

Now salespeople can click to call a prospect or customer directly from the Crushpath platform and the call is automatically recorded and saved. Crushpath creates a real-time in-progress call activity that allows the user to notate the call and have the results of the conversation be automatically transcribed. 

The Crushpath platform provides salespeople with a single view into the play-by-play of each deal as it unfolds, so they can see and do everything they need to get a deal done. Now phone history joins other relevant deal information from email, CRM, marketing software, notes, files, news, and social media to filter the noise and only surface the most important contextual content as the relationship unfolds.
