Wagner Law Group Expands Into General Corporate Matters and Real Estate


BOSTON, Oct. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marcia Wagner, the Managing Director of The Wagner Law Group, announces that the firm is expanding into general corporate matters and real estate with the addition of two attorneys and a paralegal. "We are always looking for new ways to help our existing clients," says Ms. Wagner. "We are excited to add two exceptional attorneys, Stuart Klein and Leah Foertsch, and paralegal Linda Tonks, who bring valuable experience to The Wagner Law Group."

The three will be based in the Florida office located in Palm Beach Gardens. In addition to the flagship office in Boston, The Wagner Law Group also has offices in San Francisco serving clients in over 45 states and several foreign countries.

Mr. Klein has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate and estate and probate matters. He has represented clients in employment disputes, trust disputes, civil litigation, estate and business planning and business transactions. Mr. Klein joins The Wagner Law Group as Of Counsel from Klein & Jonas, a Partnership of Professional Associations. "I'm thrilled to join The Wagner Law Group, which has a great reputation," he says. He received his LL.M. from NYU with an emphasis in Corporate and Commercial Law and Healthcare Law.

With him, Mr. Klein brings attorney Leah Foertsch, who has worked with him since 2006. Ms. Foertsch holds an LL.M. in Taxation with a certification in International Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Foertsch's area of expertise includes real estate closings and title review, corporate, business and estate planning, probate administration and commercial and residential real estate. She has taught at the St. Thomas University School of Law as a teaching fellow and adjunct professor, and continues her involvement as a guest lecturer.

Paralegal Linda Tonks also joins The Wagner Law Group, having worked with Mr. Klein for over a decade. She brings her knowledge and expertise in real estate, corporate and probate matters to the team. Mrs. Tonks is a Florida Certified Paralegal and the former President of Palm Beach County Legal Secretaries Association and the Florida Association of Legal Secretaries.
