W.S. Badcock to Present Keynote Address at Descartes' Global User & Partner Conference


FT. Miller, CCS, Director of Logistics for W.S. Badcock, a top 100 furniture retailer, will present the customer keynote address at Descartes' Global User & Partner Conference, Evolution 2012, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on November 14th, 2012.

Mr. Miller is an industry advocate and veteran with over 20 years of transportation, logistics, and supply chain experience. He recently testified before a United States Congressional Oversight Committee on behalf of W.S. Badcock Corporation and the National Retail Federation regarding the impact of the recent hours of service changes on the retail sector. His keynote presentation will cover the investment and implementation cycle for advanced transportation solutions and how to best overcome cultural hurdles often encountered when implementing new technology across organizations.
