IPC The Hospitalist Company Acquires Ohio Post-Acute Care Practice


NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Nov. 16, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. (Nasdaq:IPCM), a leading national hospitalist physician group practice company, announced today that it has acquired GLT Medical Services, Ltd. (GLT), a post-acute hospitalist practice headquartered in the Toledo, Ohio area. The acquisition represents an expansion for IPC in the northwest Ohio market, where the company already has an established presence.
