AKVA group ASA has entered into negotiations to acquire part or all shares in the company Plastsveis AS. Plastsveis AS is a leading company within Polyethylen installations and land based technology to the smolt and fry producers in Norway, thus being complementary to the land based business area of AKVA group ASA.
Negotiations are expected to be concluded during Q1 2013.
