Infogroup Adds Key Executives to Its Leadership Team

Company Continues Its Strategy of Acquiring Top Talent

OMAHA, Neb., Feb. 5, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Infogroup, the leading provider of high-value data and multichannel marketing solutions, announced today that it has hired Amit Khanna as its President of Small and Medium Business and John Mills as its Chief Financial Officer.

"Amit and John are high quality talent," said Mike Iaccarino, Chairman and CEO, Infogroup. "They will help us execute our strategy of being the leading provider of high-value data and multichannel marketing solutions."

Amit Khanna will be joining Infogroup from Reachable, a leading provider of social CRM solutions, where he was the Chief Data Officer. Prior to joining Reachable, Khanna worked for over 10 years at Infogroup where he held several leadership roles, including President of Strategy and Planning and President of Database Licensing. In these roles, he was responsible for driving revenue for a large portion of the company and developed strong strategic licensing relationships that are still in place. He also led two of the company's successful Software-as-a-Service products, InfoUSA and Salesgenie. Khanna has a Masters in Computer Science from Creighton University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

He will be based in Omaha, Nebraska, the hub of the small and medium business unit.

"As a former employee and then a client, I've always known the incredible value of Infogroup Small and Medium Business (SMB) solutions and databases," said Khanna. "When I attended the Licensing User Conference last year, I was impressed with the company's vision, strategy and technology and what it could mean for millions of businesses that rely on Infogroup solutions. I'm looking forward to returning to the company to drive this vision across the SMB solutions suite."

Also joining the company as Chief Financial Officer will be John Mills. Mills comes to Infogroup from Sabre Holdings, a global travel technology company, where he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer. In this role, he managed their global treasury operations, led critical capital markets transactions, and executed M &A deals. Prior to this role, Mills held numerous financial roles at Sabre, including Chief Financial Officer of Travelocity, and has gained extensive global experience in planning and budgeting, strategic partnerships, investment analysis and financial operations. In addition to Sabre, Mills has worked at Atlantic Richfield Corporation and Shell Oil Company. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jones Graduate School of Rice University and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance & Marketing from the University of Texas.

Mills will be based out of the Dallas, Texas office along with the Chairman and CEO as well as other corporate executives.

"The opportunities and capabilities of Infogroup are really exciting," said Mills. "By integrating real-time data technology across the business and leveraging first-of-its-kind market intelligence, the company has created robust revenue potential for clients. I'm looking forward to shaping, developing and leading the financial strategy."
