MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge Presents "Big Ideas, Big Solutions - How Can We Solve More Big Problems?"

Expert Panel to Discuss Opportunities to Change the World and Embrace Big Ideas

CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - Feb 27, 2013) - The MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge will host an Innovation Series Event, "Big Ideas, Big Solutions - How can we solve more big problems?" on Wednesday, March 13th

Following the lead of MIT Technology Review's issue of "Big Ideas, Big Solutions" issue, this event brings together an impressive panel including Jason Pontin, the editor-in-chief of MIT Technology Review and Brian Bergstein, the deputy editor.

Do you believe that it's time for innovation to stop focusing on ways to gain more followers and likes and to discover once again what it means to make dreams reality? The "big problems" of ten years ago (hunger, poverty, malaria, climate change, cancer, and the diseases of old age) still exist today and it seems that innovators have lost sight of finding the "big solutions." This event celebrates modern day men and women who still believe in thinking big and finding faith in technological innovation.

This event will feature a panel that will discuss their own big ideas and how they believe they are still possible and can change the world. These experts are committed to their careers, to Big Ideas and to Big Dreams. They will challenge you to think beyond what is happening now and to imagine how you can affect change in the future.
