New Owner of Roosters Men's Grooming Center Builds on Customer Loyalty

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Mar 11, 2013) - Roosters Men's Grooming Center (MGC) in Charlotte's Ballantyne Quad Shopping Center recently revealed a "new" look, which was celebrated at the store's Grand Re-opening in February.

"It's not unlike a customer's request for a different hair cut," said Uli Seuster, new owner of Roosters MGC at 14021 Conlan Circle. "We made several upgrades to the store, which are designed to enhance the customer experience for men of all ages."

Roosters MGC team is led by managers Lisa Dewispelare and Holly Wallace. Dewispelare has worked at the store for six years and Wallace for two years.

Customers are invited to relax in the store's oversized leather barber chairs and select from a variety of custom services including precision haircuts, color hi-lighting, facial shaves, and men's back waxes.

The store's Signature 7 Step Facial Shave is so relaxing that you can easily fall asleep. It includes hot steam towels, a deep cleansing facial massage, moisturizing lotions and a great close shave.

"Roosters started as a family business, and it's that feeling of kinship we want to carry through to our customers," added Seuster, who also owns a second Roosters MGC in Cornelius.

Roosters MGC in Ballantyne is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Appointments are available by calling 704-542-0098, and walk-ins are welcome.

The first Roosters MGC was opened in Lapeer, Mich., in 1999 by Master Barber and Founder Joe Grondin, who strives to give customers the best in men's personal grooming services. Roosters MGC is part of the worldwide family of Regis companies. For more information, visit www.RoostersMGC.com.
