Illinois Technology Association Welcomes Chris Junker, CEO SpringCM and Sridhar Murthy, CEO Analyte Health to the Board of Directors

Growth-Stage Company CEOs Join to Drive Next Generation of Chicago Tech Industry


CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - Mar 13, 2013) - The Illinois Technology Association (ITA) is pleased to welcome two new members to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. These leaders from the local tech industry bring a wealth of experience and insight creating scalable and sustainable companies. 

Chris Junker, CEO of SpringCM, a business-class content cloud service firm, brings extensive leadership experience in the technology industry to the Board. As CEO of SpringCM, he has driven SpringCM into new and expanding markets. Before SpringCM, Chris was CEO of Fios, Inc, a Cloud e-Discovery software company. Prior to that, he was general manager of the iManage business unit for Autonomy and the general manager and worldwide vice president of sales for the legal and professional industry solutions (PSIS) team at Interwoven. At Interwoven, Chris was key in leading the company through 21 consecutive quarters of year-over-year revenue growth and operating margin expansion. Autonomy Corporation acquired Interwoven for $800 million in 2009. 

Sridhar Murthy has been involved with emerging businesses started by visionary founders and backed by stellar investors. His 20 years' experience include being part of the early days of enterprise software companies like Remedy, Ariba and Get2Chip; as well as the SaaS software offerings of CollabNet and consumer Internet offerings like TicketsNow. Sridhar is the CEO of Analyte Health, an innovative healthcare company that uses technology to help people gain expert medical care and information.
