Varonis Welcomes Two New Board Members


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Mar 26, 2013) - Varonis, the leading provider of comprehensive data governance software, today announced the addition of industry veterans John Gavin, Jr. and Fred van den Bosch to the Varonis Board of Directors.

Gavin brings more than 30 years of financial and operational management experience to the Varonis board, and has served on the boards of several companies, including QlikTech, Vistaprint N.V. and BroadSoft. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President and CFO for leading data centre automation software provider BladeLogic. Prior to joining BladeLogic, Gavin served as the CFO for several companies, including Data General Corporation, Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) and NaviSite.
