Nexans and Leviton join forces for LAN cable connector systems in North America

 

Paris, April 3, 2013 - Nexans, a worldwide expert in the cable industry, announces its decision to keep its Berk Tek business within the Group, after reviewing the offers it received for the sale of this activity.

In order to enhance the value creation of this activity, Nexans has established an alliance with Leviton Network Solutions division, one of the major manufacturers of copper and fiber optic connectors in North America. This alliance includes in particular a joint marketing and warranty program for LAN cable connector systems.
