CHANGES IN GEOSENTRIC OYJ’S MANAGEMENT
Managing Director and a Member of the Board of Directors Michael Po has announced that he will resign from GeoSentric Oyj. Mr. Po has agreed to assist GeoSentric for the transition period until the end of April 2013. The Company will notify the market of new Managing Director as soon as the Board of Directors has made the nomination.
The Company and the Board express gratitude to Michael Po and thank him for his commitment, leadership and effort as Managing Director and as Member of the Board, and wish him every success.
