The Directors of Proven Growth and Income VCT plc announce an allotment on 5 April 2013 of 1,351,877 ordinary shares of 1.6187p each share pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 23 January 2013.
The allotment is summarised as follows:

Application for the shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly.
The Offer for Subscription in respect of the 2012/13 tax year is now closed. The Offer in respect of the 2013/14 tax year will close on 31 May 2013, unless it is fully subscribed earlier.
