Innovation Group Adds Industry Experience of Karen Sullivan to North American Software Delivery Team

FARMINGTON, CT--(Marketwired - Apr 25, 2013) - Innovation Group today is pleased to announce that industry veteran Karen Sullivan is joining the company's North American Software Team as EVP, NA Delivery. Sullivan re-joins Innovation Group after eight years with Sentry Insurance (Sentry), bringing a strong business and IT development and delivery background. 

Since 2009, Sullivan has been a member of the Sentry leadership team with specific responsibility for personal lines systems. Prior to this, she was the application development director for personal lines systems. A key part of Sullivan's new role at Innovation Group is to further build out a delivery organization that will continue to capably support current client projects and that will scale to ensure the success of future implementations. 

Additionally, Sullivan will focus on recruitment and training of new and current staff, as well as partners, to support the expansion of Innovation Group's software business. Her experience will be a key factor in strengthening and broadening existing client relationships as Innovation Group works to support their emerging new and future needs.
