Awarded at an HROA gala held on May 2 as part of the 2013 HRO Today Forum in Philadelphia, the HROA's North America Recruitment Customer Relationship of the Year award recognizes the organizations that achieve success in their HR outsourcing processes, based on their accomplishments among industry peers. The theme of this year's awards was "Be Transformed," with the goal of distinguishing those organizations that have achieved remarkable results in the advancement of human resource outsourcing (HRO).

In 2012, the companies implemented a comprehensive Recruiting Efficiency Improvement Project to enhance recruiting processes and elevate their strategy to the next level.
