Green EnviroTech Holdings, Corp. Establishes Headquarters in Oakdale, California

RIVERBANK, May 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. (OTCQB: GETH) announced today it has established its new Oakdale, California headquarters. Located in downtown Oakdale on S. Sierra Avenue, the new fully furnished office space offers the ideal work environment to support GETH's primary existing daily operations.

Green EnviroTech Holdings "GETH" mission is simple; which is to develop and commercialize proprietary technologies for the production of Brent Grade "light sweet crude" oil that does not compromise food or land resources. Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. (GETH) will divert mixed plastic and tires that have little or no value from landfills and convert them into oil without drilling a single hole into the earth.

Our technology system converts plastic and tires to oil uses electromagnetic pyrolysis to produce GETH Oil, carbon black, syngas, and steel. The use of electromagnetic pyrolysis facilitates more effective heat transfer while causing no environmental impact. A standard twelve-module plant, utilizing six for plastic and six for tire conversion produces approximately 25,000 barrels of oil per month. Systems utilization and plant build out will be based upon available feedstock.

Recently, GETH announced a global joint venture with Petrosonics, LLC (http://globenewswire.com/news-release/2013/05/29/550590/10034453/en/Green-EnviroTech-Holdings-GETH-Announces-Definitive-Global-Joint-Venture-with-Petrosonics-LLC.html?f=22&fvtc=7)which is highly synergistic to our core business. The Petrosonics technology is expected to be utilized independently in refineries globally and will also work in synergy with Green EnviroTech's business creating a patented "GreenOil" process turning waste tires and plastic to high quality usable fuels. This relationship will also propel Petrosonics existing multiple patented and award winning technologies into commercialization.

In addition, the Oakdale office will also serve as the operational location for Petrosonics, LLC. This location begins the establishment of a national presence for both GETH and Petrosonics with additional significant developments anticipated throughout 2013.

"After looking at numerous spaces, we are extremely pleased with our new office," said Gary DeLaurentiis, CEO of Green EnviroTech. "The office not only offers the ideal workspace for our operations, it is also centrally located to a balanced range of restaurants, services and shopping."
