The Directors of Proven Growth and Income VCT plc announce an allotment on 31 May 2013 of 404,776 ordinary shares of 1.6187p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 90.0p and 533,947 Ordinary Shares at 92.8p per share pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 23 January 2013 ("Offer").
Application for the shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly.
The Offer will close on 30 November 2013, unless it is fully subscribed or closed by the Directors at an earlier date.
Following this allotment, the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is 52,368,255 Ordinary Shares.
