(Nasdaq:MEAD) today announced that it has elected to change the date of its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, originally scheduled for July 12, 2013. The new date of the 2013 Annual Meeting is October 15, 2013. The Annual Meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M., local time, at the offices of the Company, 27 Hubble, Irvine, California 92618.
