Peak 10 Bolsters Strategic Customer Experience Initiatives With Appointment of Seasoned IT Executive

Joe Deney is appointed Senior Vice President, Customer Operations


CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 6, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National IT infrastructure and cloud solutions provider Peak 10 Inc. has appointed Joe Deney as Senior Vice President, Customer Operations. In this role, Deney will drive initiatives that support a multi-faceted customer experience strategy across diverse touch points from pre-sale processes to post-sale provisioning, service delivery and on-going support for Peak 10's growing customer base.

Deney comes to Peak 10 from CA Technologies where he served as Senior Vice President responsible for services, alliances and consulting services. He was a key player in product and service acquisitions for CA Technologies as well as creating its Managed Services and Consulting Practice. Prior to CA Technologies, Deney held management positions at Savvis, an Infrastructure-as-a-Service data center and cloud service provider. Joe served as a Vice President responsible for service delivery, customer support operations, hosting services and professional services. He also managed all 24 North American data centers during his tenure. Previously in his career, Deney served as CIO of McDonnell Douglas (Boeing) and led consulting services at high-ranking technology companies, including Oracle and Compaq (HP).

Deney earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and his MBA in Finance from Southern Illinois University. He holds a Product/Production Engineering certificate from Texas A &M, an Alliance Management certification (CA-AM) from the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals, as well as certifications from the National Contracts Management Association and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations.

Deney will be based out of Peak 10's headquarters in Charlotte, N.C., with responsibility for the strategy and execution for improving the company's customer experience. This includes improving training, processes and tools to support provisioning, service delivery and ongoing customer support.
