Paris, June 21st, 2013

Danone launches a successful € 500 million bond issue

Danone today announced the successful launch of a € 500 million 10-year bond issue in euros on June 21st, 2013.

Funds raised will enable Danone to diversify its sources of finance and extend the maturity of its debt at favorable market conditions.

The € 500 million bond, priced at mid swap +63 basis points, pays a coupon of 2.60%, and was widely subscribed by a diversified investor base. The bonds will be listed on Euronext Paris.

Danone is rated A- stable by Standard & Poor's and A3 stable by Moody's.

BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, ING, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and NATIXIS were lead managers.
