New Eco-Friendly Menu Debuts at Restaurant in Bexleyheath

Bexleyheath Marriott Hotel's New Menu Concept Is Launched in the Former Copper Restaurant Space

BEXLEYHEATH, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Jul 24, 2013) - Eating the same thing every day would eventually bore even the biggest creature of habit, so it makes sense to mix things up in the kitchen every once in a while. The Bexleyheath Marriott Hotel has been working on a new recipe for its public restaurant, and on 5th August, the restaurant in Bexleyheath will officially launch its new concept, Copper, from 5:30 to 7:30pm.

Offering pub flair with a contemporary twist, PubRevolution at this hotel near London focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients from local sources, which are used to create a menu of classic British dishes including fish and chips, crispy belly pork, lamb-shank pie, calves liver and bacon, sticky toffee pudding and treacle tart.

Good food requires an equally good beverage, and this hotel restaurant near M25 features a great selection of draft, local and international beers, microbrews, wines by the glass, gin, whiskey and hand-crafted cocktails. Special events and menus will ensure there's always something exciting happening at Copper; look out for Sunday lunch, game menus and dishes highlighting some of the great British seasons such as Asparagus and Strawberry season.

The cosy, inviting restaurant offers a dining option for every type of guest, from the solo business traveller to the family of four. Decor features an earthy color palette, beer displays, blackboards, old brewery and brick wall photos, traditional pub games and candles to add a special touch in the evening.

While Copper replaces the former Copper Restaurant, the hotel's Planters Bar remains as place for guests to enjoy lunch or dinner along with a cocktail and quiet conversation. It also hosts a traditional English afternoon tea every afternoon. For £14.95 per person, guests can enjoy freshly prepared sandwiches (egg mayonnaise and rocket, roast beef and English mustard, horseradish crème fraiche and cucumber), mille feuille, macaroons, pate de fruit, marzipan fruit, cupcakes and fruit scones served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. A grownup version, with a chilled glass of Moët & Chandon, is available for £21.50 per person.
