Hogan Assessment Systems Expands Presence in Twin Cities

Former Manufacturing Industry VP of Talent Management Returns to Global Provider of Personality Assessments and Solutions


TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Jul 24, 2013) - Hogan Assessment Systems announced Scott Gregory joined its Corporate Solutions team as general manager of the Twin Cities region of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

Hogan, a global provider of personality assessment and consulting solutions, works directly and through its partner firms with thousands of corporate clients in the U.S., including more than half of Fortune 100 companies. In his new capacity, Gregory will help new and current clients design and implement selection and development initiatives.

Gregory has a long history with Hogan. Gregory studied under Drs. Joyce and Robert Hogan at the University of Tulsa, where he earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational psychology, and worked at Hogan Assessments in its startup years.

"When I started at Hogan in the 1980s, it was a handful of us working together to introduce personality assessment to the workplace," Gregory said. "It's exciting that this many years later, I have the opportunity to join the team again to be part of the global success story that is Hogan."

Gregory formerly held teaching positions at Macalester College and St. Olaf College in Minnesota. As a provider of HR solutions, he spent four years as senior consultant and assessment training manager for Personnel Decisions International (PDI). He was an HR practitioner for eight years in the role of VP of talent management and organizational development at Pentair, Ltd, where he designed, implemented and managed talent management systems for the company's 30,000 employees.
