Hogan Assessments Expands Team With Strategic New Hires

Greater Demand for Hogan's Industry-Leading Personality Assessment Solutions Spurs Continued Growth


TULSA, OK--(Marketwired - Jul 25, 2013) -  Hogan Assessment Systems today announced the expansion of its workforce in the first half of 2013. With increasing demand for the company's leading-edge assessment solutions that help employers hire the right people, develop key talent and evaluate leadership potential, Hogan has added 15 new hires in the last six months.

New members of the Hogan team include:

  • Johnson W. Custer, general counsel, responsible for legal operations within the company as well as operational process improvements
  • Kimberly Nei, Ph.D., domestic research consultant, Hogan Research Department, responsible for the design and execution of employee selection and development projects
  • Heather Bolen and Renee (Fan) Yang, research consultants, providing research support to international partners
  • Priscilla Benjamin, project manager, IT, where she plans, organizes and tracks IT projects
  • Michael Casey, business analyst, IT, responsible for working with Hogan's consultants to create customer reports and facilitate client integrations
  • Grant Hill and Rebecca Miller, consultants on the Global Alliances team who will work to grow regional partnerships in North America and beyond
  • Emily Murano, Customer Service Team, supporting Hogan's clients and their candidates
  • Babette Ashe, Melanie Willis and Kayla Rike, accounting clerks, responsible for Hogan's accounting functions
  • Yvonne Dozier, administrative assistant, providing support to the Hogan team

These new Hogan employees join recently announced hires Scott Gregory, Ph.D., who joined the company's Corporate Solutions team as general manager of the Twin Cities region, and Brandy Agnew, senior strategist, Corporate Solutions.
