Innovative Spa Management Announces Appointment of Charissa Beavers to Newly-Created Position of Corporate Spa Director

Continued rapid growth inspires five-star spa management company to create role overseeing training, regional spa directors


ASHEVILLE, N.C., July 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Innovative Spa Management (ISM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Charissa Beavers to the role of Corporate Spa Director for the company. In this newly-created position, Beavers will be responsible for directing training company-wide, as well as overseeing all of the regional spa directors and assisting with the opening of new spas. Continued rapid growth of the company inspired ISM to create the role in order to ensure its high standards for quality, training and profitability are maintained.

Beavers brings a wealth of knowledge to the position, with more than twenty years of spa experience. Prior to joining ISM in October, 2012 as a Regional Director for the Orlando market, Beavers served various roles at WTS International, including Spa Director for her position as an Account Executive, overseeing 14 properties. Beavers was later promoted to Corporate Director of Retail. She also served as Regional Retail Business Manager for Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas in Reston, VA.  Beavers' areas of expertise include multi-site management, site transitions, new site launches, retail audits and consulting, corporate projects and education, and site transitions.
