Patrick brings a wealth of experience and knowledge after serving more than 8 years in various capacities prior to his most recent role as Vice President, Technology.
Patrick has long-standing connections with many SMS clients, especially as a result of his years working with the service department. This experience has heightened his sensitivity, awareness and dedication to the issues encountered by retailers who count their store traffic.
