Non-Profit (501-c-3) organizations will be given special consideration to purchase sites in a special "NPO Only" auction, prior to the public auction. Potential buyers are encouraged to inspect each property before bidding and be prepared to close purchases within the required 30-day closing period. All properties are sold in an "As-Is, Where-Is" condition.
