Intelligent Living Inc. Announces FINRA Approval of Name Change and New Trading Symbol "ILIV"


MIAMI, Aug. 26, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Intelligent Living Inc. (OTCQB:ILIV) (formerly FEEL) is pleased to announce that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") has approved the Company's application for a name change from Feel Golf Co., Inc. to Intelligent Living Inc. The Company will begin trading today under the new ticker symbol ILIV and new CUSIP number 45825R108. The domicile has also been changed from California to Nevada. This corporate action will take effect at the open of business on August 26, 2013.

Schissler tendered his resignation as Chairman for the Company. The resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company or its management.

Most recently, a renegotiation of the largest debt instrument was completed and made in the best interest of the Company. All of the above-mentioned events are reported in SEC filings.
