LOS ANGELES, Sept. 17, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Daily Journal Corporation (Nasdaq:DJCO) has acquired substantially all of the operating assets and liabilities of ISD Corporation that provided case management systems to courts and other governmental agencies. Ron Beach, President, will continue to manage the operations of the Company's new wholly-owned subsidiary – ISD Technologies, Inc. that will continue to provide products and services similar to those of the Company's other subsidiaries – Sustain Technologies, Inc. and New Dawn Technologies, Inc.
