In his role, Chef Quitney is responsible for the culinary direction and leadership of Avenue Grill restaurant, 1331 Bar and Lounge, concierge lounge, in-room dining and catering and banquet functions. Chef Quitney recently held the same position at the New Orleans Marriott, where he oversaw the hotel's two restaurants, in-room dining, concierge lounge, as well as the catering for private and banquet events.
