CORFAC International (Corporate Facility Advisors) is comprised of privately held entrepreneurial firms with expertise in office, industrial and retail real estate leasing and investment sales, multifamily property acquisitions and dispositions, property management and corporate services.
Emmerson Commercial is led by Managing Director Nigel Wade, MRICS. Emmerson Commercial is a recently formed entity and associated with Emmerson, which began business in 1994 to serve all aspects of the Polish real estate market. Emmerson Commercial has 15 agents and officers specializing in office, industrial, retail and land brokerage and advisory services.
In addition to providing agency leasing services in the office, retail and logistics sectors, Emmerson Commercial serves landlords and tenants, investors in acquisitions and dispositions and valuation consulting services.

A native of the UK, Wade has lived in Poland since 1993 and speaks Polish fluently. Wade formerly held the post of Managing Director for CBRE in Poland (from 2000-2008) and was responsible for a number of landmark transactions.
