Becknell Industrial Enters the Indianapolis Industrial Market

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - October 17, 2013) - Becknell Industrial recently entered into the Indianapolis industrial market through its acquisition of a 250,000 square foot industrial property located in the Axcess 70 business park on the city's Northeast side from Browning Investments.

The property is 100 percent leased to Spectra Premium, a privately-owned manufacturing and distribution company. Built in 2009, the property is situated on 23.5 acres and features 28-foot clear height, 24 loading docks and four drive-in bays.
