Bingham McCutchen LLP Selects DTI to Provide Document Processing

Helping the Global Firm Transform Support Services

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Nov 14, 2013) - DTI (, the nation's largest private independent provider of e-discovery, legal process outsourcing and facilities management services, announced today that Bingham McCutchen LLP has signed a multiyear agreement for DTI to provide document processing (aka word processing) services to the firm.

DTI supports Bingham in the preparation and proofreading of a wide scope of legal documents including briefs, pleadings and memorandums. In connection with the agreement, DTI has established a dedicated Bingham document processing center and team within DTI's Atlanta Knowledge Center. The Atlanta Knowledge Center operates in tandem with Bingham's word processing group in the Global Services Center (GSC), located in Lexington, Kentucky, an administrative hub for Bingham that brings together support staff positions from various departments.

The twin site architecture is highly resilient and enables efficient coverage across multiple shifts and specialties. The new document processing platform represents significant advancements in efficiency and scalability.

"DTI has been an invaluable partner for us. They helped recruit and train the team in Lexington, while building and managing the Atlanta hub," states Sherri Bracken, chief administrative officer of Bingham McCutchen LLP. "DTI helped us achieve a smooth transition to a fully off-site operating model."

"Bingham is well recognized as a leader in transforming their business model to better serve clients," states Chris Aronson, president of DTI Knowledge Solutions. "We are thrilled and honored to play a role in this important engagement."

Bingham implemented DTI as the firm's partner in the provision of on-site managed services earlier this year. Today, more than 100 DTI professionals serve Bingham in this capacity.
