Peter Balis Joins DTI as Director of Sales

Legal Support Services Industry Veteran Brings Experience and Leadership to DTI's Growing Management Services Business


ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Nov 19, 2013) - DTI, the nation's largest private independent provider of facilities management, legal support services and knowledge solutions, announced today industry veteran Peter Balis is the company's new director of sales for the greater Washington, D.C. market. In this role, Balis is responsible for growing DTI's management services customer base in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Northern Virginia. He is also the point person for all ALA Capital Chapter communications and functions as part of DTI's gold sponsorship with the organization.

Balis is a seasoned veteran of the legal management services outsourcing business. Beginning in the late 1990s through 2008 he held account manager and business development positions with several leading facilities management services providers. He also worked as an account executive for an international software firm before being named director of enterprise accounts for ViaTech Publishing Solutions in Chicago, where he worked until 2011. For the past two years Balis served as a global account manager for Ricoh Americas Corporation.

Along with an outstanding track record of leadership and success, Balis brings to DTI a strong understanding of the technology solutions that have become a critical piece of DTI's management services offering.
