AirBoss of America Corp. Appoints Interim CEO


NEWMARKET, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 26, 2013) - AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX:BOS) announced today that Robert Hagerman, President and CEO of AirBoss, has taken a medical leave of absence to recover from complications from a minor injury. In his absence, Mr. Gren Schoch, Chairman of AirBoss, has assumed the role of interim CEO for the duration of Mr. Hagerman's medical leave. Mr. Schoch was an original founder and is the largest shareholder of AirBoss and has been Chairman of the Company since 1989, and is familiar with all operational aspects of the business.

Additionally, Stephen Richards who has been with the Company for 8 years as VP Finance will assume additional responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Hagerman will remain a director of the Company during his leave, and will remain available to both the Board of Directors and the executive management team for strategic input.
