Delisting of Securities of FriendFinder Networks Inc., Ecotality, Inc., TranSwitch Corporation, and Savient Pharmaceuticals Inc. From The NASDAQ Stock Market


NEW YORK, Nov. 26, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of FriendFinder Networks Inc. FriendFinder Networks Inc.'s stock was suspended on August 08, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Ecotality, Inc. Ecotality, Inc.'s stock was suspended on September 27, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of TranSwitch Corporation. TranSwitch Corporation's stock was suspended on August 22, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of Savient Pharmaceuticals Inc. Savient Pharmaceuticals Inc's stock was suspended on October 17, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
