RESTAMAX PLC'S LARGEST SHAREHOLDERS
Restamax Plc's (the 'Company' or 'Restamax') shares, 14,249,620 in total, were admitted to public trading on the main list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd on 28 November 2013 based on, among other things, the Finnish-language Listing Prospectus dated 11 November 2013 (the 'Listing Prospectus'). In this release, the Company is publishing information on the Company's shareholders corresponding to the information presented in the Listing Prospectus in accordance with a recommendation included in the Financial Supervisory Authority's Regulations and Guidelines 8/2013.

Company founders and board members Timo Laine and Mikko Aartio own companies with holdings in the Company, directly and indirectly owning 43.92% of the shares in the Company. Though there is no shareholders' agreement between the founding shareholders, the founding shareholders' holdings have been calculated in the table as being part of a joint sphere of interest, because the founding shareholders exercise decision-making power in Restamax based on mutual understanding through companies owned by them.
