NEW HDS APPROVAL FOR PHARMAGEST INTERACTIVE
The PHARMAGEST Group, the French leader in computer systems for pharmacies, announced today that it received its 3rd approval as a Personal Healthcare Data Host from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
On 10 December 2013 PHARMAGEST INTERACTIVE was again approved as a Personal Healthcare Data Host by the Minister of Health. This additional approval is an extension of its TELE100T personal healthcare data hosting service, for which PHARMAGEST INTERACTIVE received approval in August 2012.
The new service, called "TELE100T©- APS (Accès Patient Sécurisé - Secure Patient Access)" is intended to accommodate applications that are managed and administered by its professional clients in the healthcare sector and especially its pharmacy clients wishing to open a website selling medication online in compliance with the latest regulatory requirements. These applications containing personal healthcare data intended for medical follow-ups will be directly accessible by the patient, thanks to this new approval.
A NEW SERVICE MAKING IT POSSIBLE FOR PATIENTS TO DIRECTLY ACCESS THEIR HEALTHCARE DATA: TELE100T©-APS
With this new approval, the PHARMAGEST Group is one of the only companies in France that can offer a hosting service for applications that manage personal healthcare data, with patient access in full compliance with the applicable requirements of the approval procedure in terms of securing access by the patient to their hosted healthcare data.
HIGHLY SECURE INFRASTRUCTURE
The Group PHARMAGEST has developed a highly secure, proprietary infrastructure, for hosting the TELE100T© and TELE100T©- APS services called DATA100T, which, coupled with the ISP "Offisecure®" offer, makes it possible to:
- provide its professional healthcare clients with security, availability, integrity, confidentiality and traceability of the data
- ensure secure access by patients, in particular by using strong authentication methods.
A COMPLETE HOSTING SOLUTION
Obtaining this 3rd approval allows the PHARMAGEST Group to offer its clients (pharmacists, healthcare professionals and institutions, healthcare associations and networks, software developers, healthcare industries, etc.) a complete hosting solution:
- "Offisafe®" for pharmacists or "Caresafe®" for other clients: outsourced backup of the entire healthcare database of their business software, as well as all file types containing personal healthcare data;
- "TELE100T©": hosting of applications managed and administered by the professional healthcare client containing personal healthcare data collected in the framework of telemedicine activities;
- And now "TELE100T-APS©" which allows patients to access their own healthcare data.
