(OTCQX: SRER), a technology- based marketing services company that connects consumers with brands, products, and services through content rich, hyper-local websites, announces its recently created Wisdom Homes Of America, Inc. division will open its first full service manufactured home retail center in Rhome, Texas.
Wisdom Homes Of America executed a two year lease and is on track to open its first manufactured home retail center within the next two weeks. The lease commenced February 1st and operations are anticipated to begin no later than February 15th. The company is preparing its marketing campaign in anticipation of its grand opening which will include capitalizing on SearchCore's leads that are currently being generated on www.Manufacturedhomes.com and its CRM software. The property lease includes a 2,000 sq ft office and light warehouse space, and approximately two acres of land which will be used to showcase models. The company chose Rhome, Texas, which is approximately 1 hour northwest of Dallas, due to the area's proportionally large ownership of manufactured home buyers and residents, as well as easy access to manufactured home factories.
Last week the company began direct negotiations with manufactured home factories in Texas with emphasis on the factories having national distribution. The company also began negotiations with several major land owners in Texas and Oklahoma, which, if successful, will allow the company to offer consumers the ability to purchase both a stand-alone home or a "turn-key package" which includes a fully functional manufactured home situated on a lot in move-in condition.
