Dietsmann N.V. - Dietsmann publishes its 2013 results

Breda, The Netherlands 14 April 2014 - Dietsmann, the leading independent provider of integrated Operation & Maintenance services for oil, gas and LNG production facilities and for power plants, has published its 2013 Annual Report. The Company achieved revenue growth of 27.9%, was awarded substantial new contracts in all its operating regions, acquired the remaining 49% of the shares in and subsequently consolidated REP Engineering, a significant Russian maintenance company in the power sector, and once again improved its good safety track-record.

In 2013 Dietsmann's revenue rose to €414.1 million, 27.9% higher than the €323.6 million achieved in 2012. All the regions showed an increase in revenue compared with the previous year. Operating result (EBIT) amounted to €40.2 million compared with the €29.6 million reported in 2012. Net result rose from €16.5 million in 2012 to €17.4 million in 2013.

During 2013 Dietsmann won new Operation & Maintenance contracts in Angola, the Republic of Congo, Libya, South Sudan and Kazakhstan.
