SALES OF TWO MBE 412 SYSTEMS IN ASIA
Bezons, April 15th, 2014 - 7 am - RIBER, the global leader for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), has secured an order for two R&D systems in Asia.
The MBE systems will be installed during 2014 in a leading laboratory in Asia. Connected via an UHV fully automated central robot, both systems will be used for III-V material researches, especially for developing arsenide and antimonide structures.
The MBE 412 model is the world's top-selling research system for 100 mm wafers. It offers unrivalled flexibility for use enabling it to meet the most demanding expectations for fundamental high level research on new concepts in semiconductors major fields.
This new important order further strengthens RIBER's leading position within the most important research laboratories.
