SPOKANE, WA, May 22, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE:RLH) announced the company has sold its property in Kelso/Longview, Wash., to new owners who signed a franchise agreement with a property improvement plan.
The company sold the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Kelso/Longview, 510 Kelso Dr., to a franchisee who will retain the name and immediately invest in the property by improving the guest rooms and the exterior of the hotel. Located 40 miles north of Portland and 120 miles south of Seattle, the hotel is the only full-service property in Kelso with 161 guest rooms, 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, an outdoor pool, a coffee bar serving Tully's and the Scoreboard Sports & Spirits, a popular bar and grill.
