As vice president of product management, Arditi is responsible for defining and implementing Reflektion's product vision and strategy. As vice president of customer success and operations, Katira is responsible for driving customers' success through obsessive focus on launch management, customer success, and flawless operations.

Prior to joining Reflektion, Arditi was vice president of product management at AppDirect, where he helped the company become the leading App Store-as-a-Service provider globally. Before AppDirect, Arditi served in product management positions at Google, managing the integration of YouTube and DoubleClick after their acquisition into the Google monetization stack, and leading Google's sponsored offers projects.

Before GSI Commerce, he served as director of e-Commerce at McAfee, where he was responsible for North American online business during the hyper-growth stage. Prior to that, He led teams managing back-office operations, including customer service at various divisions of CA Technologies.
