SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 20, 2014) - After attracting more than 1,000 home shoppers to the June 7 grand opening of Descanso at Del Sur, Brookfield Residential immediately released its first phase of five homes at the community, selling three of them within two days. To keep up with demand, the builder will expedite its second phase release of six homes.
